How Pandauecho pricing works

Every tier is a fixed-scope project engagement — not an ongoing retainer you have to cancel. You pay for a defined set of deliverables, we deliver them in four to eight weeks, and your team takes full ownership at handover. There are no hidden monthly fees, no tool licence markups, and no renewal pressure. If you outgrow your current setup and need us back for a refresh or an expansion, that's a new scoped engagement at a fresh project rate. We quote in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) because our clients are here and pricing should make sense in the market you're operating in.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. For the Growth and Scale tiers, we split payment into two equal parts: 50% at project kickoff and 50% at final handover. The Starter tier is paid in full at kickoff given its shorter timeline.

What tools do I need to already have?

For pipeline design and publishing workflow, you need an active subscription to a project management tool (Asana, ClickUp, or Notion work well) and your CMS. We don't bill for or resell tool licences.

How long does the engagement take?

Starter engagements typically wrap in two to three weeks. Growth takes four to five weeks. Scale engagements run six to eight weeks depending on team size and tool complexity.

Do you write the content for us?

No. Pandauecho designs the system and trains the people — the content your team produces stays entirely your IP, created by your team using the structures we build with you.

What if our team structure changes after handover?

Minor team changes are usually handled by your playbook. If you add a significant number of new hires or restructure roles entirely, we offer a light-touch re-onboarding session billed separately at a day rate.
