Two live training sessions
A role-by-role walkthrough of the new pipeline: one session for writers and strategists, one for editors and approvers. Both are recorded in full and shared with the team.
Service
Pandauecho's team onboarding service gets every writer, editor, and strategist fluent in your new content factory within two weeks.
The number one reason content pipelines fail after setup is not a bad system — it's an undertrained team. People default to old habits when the new workflow feels unfamiliar or when there's no clear place to ask questions. Pandauecho's onboarding programme is built to prevent that. We run two live training sessions for your full team (recorded for future hires), produce a custom team playbook of 20–30 pages covering every role's responsibilities in the new system, and hold open-door office hours for two weeks after go-live. Every session is adapted to the skill level of the team — a five-person agency team gets a different programme than a 20-person brand newsroom. At the end, your team is not just aware of the system; they're confident and fast in it.
Two weeks of structured enablement — then your team runs independently.
A role-by-role walkthrough of the new pipeline: one session for writers and strategists, one for editors and approvers. Both are recorded in full and shared with the team.
A 20–30 page document written for your specific system — not generic SOPs. Covers tool logins, brief formats, review criteria, escalation paths, and answers to the ten most common questions.
Daily 30-minute video slots for your team to ask live questions during the critical first two weeks. Most teams use three to five of these sessions before they're fully self-sufficient.
A short 10-question assessment for each role that confirms understanding of responsibilities — useful for managers who need confidence their team is actually ready before full go-live.
This service onboards your existing team to your new content system. It is not a content skills training — we do not teach copywriting, SEO writing, or video scripting. If your team lacks core content craft skills, you'll want to invest in that separately before we onboard them to the pipeline. Onboarding also requires that the editorial strategy and content pipeline are already defined — we run this service as the third step in the factory build, not the first. For teams whose structure is still changing (new hires coming in, roles shifting), we recommend waiting until the team is stable, or scheduling a second light-touch onboarding wave for new joiners.
